چکیده
Abstract. Gas flaring is a substantial global source of carbon emissions to atmosphere and targeted as route mitigating the oil gas sector footprint due waste resources involved. However, quantifying from resource-intensive, no studies have yet assessed for offshore regions. In this work, we present dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), NOx (nitrogen oxide) data 58 emission plumes identified flaring, measured during aircraft campaigns over North Sea (UK Norway) in 2018 2019. Median combustion efficiency, efficiency with which flared converted CO2 plume, was 98.4 % when accounting C2H6 or 98.7 only CH4. Higher efficiencies were Norwegian compared UK sector. Destruction removal (DREs), an individual species combusted, 98.5 CH4 97.9 C2H6. ratios be 0.003 ppm ppm−1 0.26 CH4, median C2H6:CH4 ratio 0.11 ppm−1. The highest observed floating production storage offloading (FPSO) vessels, although could potentially presence alternative sources on board, such diesel generators. measurements work used estimate total 1.4 Tg yr−1 CO2, 6.3 Gg 1.7 3.9 NOx.

the search for the self in becketts theatre: waiting for godot and endgame
this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...
15 صفحه اولsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
consequence analysis of the leakage, ignition and explosion during high pressure sour gas injection process to the oil reservoir
there is no doubt that human being needs to become integrated with industry and industry needs to be progressed, daily. on the other hand, serious events in industrial units specially in oil industries has been shown that such damages and events are industry related ones. the consequence of such events and damages which resulted in chemical and poisoned explosions and loss of life and property ...
Extending the Service Life Span of Ageing Oil and Gas Offshore Production Facilities
A large number of facilities and parts of the infrastructure of offshore oil and gas reservoirs worldwide are approaching or have exceeded their original design life. The petroleum fields are still producing substantial levels of hydrocarbons which are recoverable and profitable if the field’s lifetime is extended. Thus, parts of this infrastructure are being considered for use beyond their pla...
متن کاملDecommissioning of offshore oil and gas facilities: a comparative assessment of different scenarios.
A material and energy flow analysis, with corresponding financial flows, was carried out for different decommissioning scenarios for the different elements of an offshore oil and gas structure. A comparative assessment was made of the non-financial (especially environmental) outcomes of the different scenarios, with the reference scenario being to leave all structures in situ, while other scena...
